Physical Plu Cards: USA Residents Only (For Now)
Plu now offers physical VISA cards for in-store and ATM use. Currently, physical card requests are limited to USA residents only. We're working on expanding to more countries soon.
If you're in the US or Canada, you can upgrade from your virtual card to a physical one and tap to pay anywhere Visa is accepted.
How to Request Your Physical Card
1. Open the Plu app and ensure your account is fully verified.
2. Go to the Card section and look for "Request Physical Card" or "Order Physical Card."
3. Confirm your shipping address. The card will be mailed to you — make sure your address is accurate.
4. Submit your request. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days within the USA.
5. When your card arrives, activate it in the app. You can then use it for in-store purchases, ATMs, and anywhere else physical cards are required.
Why Get a Physical Card?
A physical Plu card lets you pay at restaurants, gas stations, and stores that don't support tap-to-pay or mobile wallets. It's also useful for ATM withdrawals when you need cash. Same zero fees, same global acceptance — just in card form.
Frequently asked questions
How do I qualify for a physical Plu card in the US? Use the virtual card actively for 6 months, spend at least $500 cumulative, and maintain a Pro subscription. Once qualified, you can request a physical card from the app.
How long does shipping take in the US? Standard delivery is 7-14 business days from order confirmation. Expedited options may be available depending on tier.
Can I choose my card design? Yes — three options at qualifying tier: purple, black, or premium gold metal. Higher-tier cards may include additional design or material options.
